Long time ceramic artist Marydee Bombick presents a collection of brightly colored ceramic flowers certain to brighten any garden or deck. Nature Inspired Watercolor Paintings

Shari is a plein air-watercolor painter. Her paintings often happen as she hikes along the Oregon coast or a Rogue Valley mountain, in the northern hills of California or visiting small towns. A place or sound makes her stop and smell the air and view the view. The paintings become her visual journal, where she has been and what has grabbed her brush.

She has been engaged with process painting for the past 12 years, which she likens to “stream of consciousness writing” – where one opens to any possibility.  She starts with a color and/or a shape and lets the painting lead the way.

Shari’s most recent paintings have included a new approach that involves saran wrap! This technique brings an unexpected movement to the painting.
