Past Events

Nov. 6 & 7th, 2020
Ashland Art Works hosted a pop-up event, reminiscent of a mini art show. In addition to featuring several of our artists, we had a complementary ornament painting setup.


Feb. 27 & 28, 2020
AAW welcomed students from around the area to a two day workshop with our own gallery artist, Roxanne Evans Stout in the lead. It was a huge success and great fun for all, learning techniques in mixed media art.


Feb. 16 – 29, 2020
In celebration of Black History Month, Ashland Art Works hosted two weeks of art by several local artists. The event culminated on Feb. 27th with an offering of homemade chai and the artists present to discuss their art.


Oct. 4, 2019 – Ashland Artworks welcomed Mmmingpha, Dani and Catlyn for our First Friday Celebration recognizing Indigenous Peoples Month in Ashland. Beautiful music was a focal point for the evening.

Our local Riding Beyond group joined the Gallery for an evening in recognition of Breast Cancer awareness Month. We all got to participate in a group weaving – Weave a Tapestry of Wishes. For more information: http://ridingbeyond.org/
