June Events

In addition to our Featured Artists, we are pleased to host a guest artist in our newly opened Guest Artist Gallery, located in our Thrown Stone Gallery.

Featured Artists for June – Bonnie Morgan and Marydee Bombick

Bonnie Morgan – Ceramic Artist

Creating decorative and functional pottery has been the cornerstone of Bonnie’s artwork. Continuing to explore firing techniques that fume the clay, Bonnie enjoys creating exciting and unpredictable surfaces.

Marydee Bombick – Ceramic Artist

Marydee enjoys ceramics techniques and developing new and exciting glazes. With a lovely studio filled with fabulous views of Southern Oregon, she has an infinite source of inspiration. Recently, Marydee finds joy in creating ceramic flowers that can be placed outdoors in both gardens and yards.

Don Williams – Bark Art
Natural Sculptures

Hello, this is a great honor to be able to share my art work among so many. I was in a motorcycle accident which caused me to become homeless and unable to create. Thanks to OHR Center- Opportunities for Housing, Resources and Assistance here in Ashland. I am now housed and able to create my sculptures called “BARK ART” I am using all aspects of the tree, bark, roots, leaves, twigs, seeds and stumps. All pieces are sanded, coated with clear acrylic and hand assembled. Every sculpture is to make the person think about Nature.

               Thank you AAW, from Donny
