November and December Happenings

Our Featured Artist for November is Liz Ellingson.

Liz has recently returned her handmade, sterling silver jewelry to Ashland Art Works! We’re delighted to have her jewelry back in the gallery.

Liz’s jewelry is crafted with care and attention to detail, each piece is unique. She uses traditional silver-smithing techniques to hand fabricate her sterling silver jewelry.  Most of her designs feature her own custom cut stones.  Liz takes interesting, rough material and creates unique cabochons, resulting in pieces with an earthy, enduring quality. Every item she makes is one-of-a-kind, designed to be cherished for years to come.

What’s up in December

In December, the gallery will be featuring all of our talented artists. We’re adding more artwork and lots of great gift ideas for the holiday.

Steve Koskella – Wildlife Photography

Award winning photographer Steve Koskella has been an Ashland resident for over 30 years. In his occupation as an Environmental Consultant, his company K&C Environmental Services has restored and created stream and wetland habitats both locally and in far flung areas across several States.  Since retiring he has satisfied his love of nature by capturing intimate portraits of wild creatures in their natural homes. His photo “Cost of Combat”  depicting a tired Desert Bighorn Ram won “Best of Show “ at the annual Anza Borrego Desert Park Photo Contest  in 2021.  He hopes you enjoy these fleeting moments in the lives of wild creatures.
